The Zoological Park is located in Norfolk, VA. This project used #1 SYP smooth surfaced poles. These wood members were air dried after a 1.5 CA-C ground contact treatment was applied. Southern Yellow Pine turned poles were also used with the same treatment. There were some natural tapered Eastern Red Cedar poles that were supplied as well. This is a beautiful natural look that goes well with the zoological surroundings.
